Your information

Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how personal information is handled on this website, including its Cloudflare Pages preview, and when you contact me about a restaurant project.

1. Who is responsible

Anton Abrezov, independent restaurant concept developer, is responsible for the personal information used to handle your enquiry. For privacy questions or requests, email anton@abrezov.com.

2. Information you provide

The project enquiry form asks for your name and email address. You can also select the services you are interested in and add an optional message about your project. If you contact me by email, I also receive the information you include in your message and any subsequent correspondence.

Providing this information is voluntary. Only your name and email address are required to submit the form so I can respond to your request. You can instead contact me directly by email. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or information about other people unless it is necessary.

3. How and why information is used

I use enquiry information to respond, understand your project, prepare a proposal and discuss a possible engagement. Where this involves steps you request before entering a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

General business correspondence, website security and preventing misuse rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): communicating with people who contact me and maintaining a reliable, secure website. Enquiries are not automatically added to a marketing mailing list.

4. Forms, hosting and email

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

When you submit the project form, your name, email address, any selected services and any message you provide are sent over HTTPS to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and forwards it to my inbox. It may also process technical information for delivery and abuse prevention. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.

My email provider processes the messages I receive and send. These providers receive information needed to supply their services. I do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and external links

This version of the website does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels or embedded social-media widgets, and the site’s own code does not set tracking cookies or save form entries in browser storage. Infrastructure and form providers may use technical or security measures described in their policies.

Links to articles, Instagram, LinkedIn and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Those services are not embedded in this website.

6. How long information is kept

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to answer the request and manage any resulting business relationship. Retention depends on whether the enquiry remains active, whether we work together, and any applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. Provider-held technical records are subject to the relevant provider’s retention practices.

7. International processing

Hosting, form and email providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Their policies describe their processing arrangements. Where the GDPR applies, international transfers require an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. Contact me for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send requests to anton@abrezov.com. I may need to verify your identity to protect your information. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority; in Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

I do not use enquiry information for automated decisions or profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
